When will trials open?
We are working through the final pieces of our paid launch. Join the waitlist and we will email you the moment your trial is ready to start. Founders waitlist members get first access.
How long does setup take? Will I be down during onboarding?
About an hour. We will help you set up your bays, technicians, job types, and statuses on a screen-share. You can run BayBoard alongside your current process for a week before cutting over completely. No downtime, no parallel data entry headache.
What devices does it work on?
Any modern browser on a desktop, laptop, or tablet. BayBoard is designed for the screens advisors and foremen already use throughout the day. A dedicated mobile experience for technicians is on the roadmap.
How is this different from the scheduler in my SMS?
Your SMS scheduler is an appointment calendar or a today-only dispatch view. BayBoard is forward-looking shop-floor planning with auto-assignment by tech skill and capacity, time-off enforcement that blocks conflicts before they happen, and carryover control for unfinished work. Your SMS handles your customers and invoices. BayBoard handles the live floor schedule.
Do I have to replace my shop management system?
No. BayBoard runs alongside AutoLeap, Tekmetric, Shopmonkey, Shop-Ware, and others. We handle scheduling and bay management. Your SMS keeps doing customer-facing workflows.
What happens at the end of the 14-day free trial?
Your card is charged on day 15 at the plan price you selected. Cancel anytime in-app before day 15 and you will not be charged. No phone calls, no notice period.
What happens to Founders pricing after 24 months?
Founders pay $99/mo for 24 months. After that, the subscription converts to the then-current Standard pricing. Founders keep their direct line to the founder.
Can I cancel an annual subscription?
Yes. Cancel anytime in-app. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but your access continues through the end of your paid term, after which the subscription will not renew. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime with no notice period and no further charges.
Is my shop's data secure?
Yes. BayBoard uses role-based access controls and industry-standard encryption. Each shop's data is isolated. We never sell your data.
What integrations are available?
BayBoard works in any modern browser alongside your existing SMS. Direct API integrations with Tekmetric, AutoLeap, and Shop-Ware are on our near-term roadmap. Join the waitlist for updates.
