Subprocessors
Last updated: August 19, 2026
BayBoard uses a small set of third-party vendors (“subprocessors”) to operate the Service. Each one is contractually limited to using data only to provide its service to us, as described in our Data Processing Addendum and Privacy Policy. This page is the current list: who they are, what they do for BayBoard, and where they process data. The Cookie Policy is the same inventory in two views: marketing-site cookies (Cookie Policy §5.1) and application technologies (Cookie Policy §5.2).
Current subprocessors

| Vercel | Application hosting, edge functions, preview deployments | United States |
| Stripe | Payment processing, subscription billing, tax | United States |
| Sentry | Error monitoring and performance tracing | United States |
| Loops | Marketing email and waitlist | United States |
| Resend | Transactional email | United States |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Bot protection on public forms | United States |
| Crisp | Customer support chat. Data: support-chat content and staff contact details. Vendor DPA in place. | European Union |
| PostHog | Product analytics and feature flags | United States |
| CookieYes | Cookie consent management | United States / European Union |
| Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) | Web analytics for the marketing website | United States |

Crisp footnote. Crisp hosts support chat in the European Union. Categories of data: the content of support conversations and the contact details of shop staff who open the widget. BayBoard has a vendor data-processing agreement with Crisp. This is a vendor-location fact, not a GDPR transfer pack; BayBoard does not publish Standard Contractual Clauses for this listing.
How we update this list
We update this page before a new subprocessor begins processing customer data, and when a vendor is removed. If you would like email notice of changes to this list, ask us at hello@bayboard.io and we will add you to the notification list. The objection process is described in Section 5 of the Data Processing Addendum.
