Subprocessors

Last updated: August 19, 2026

BayBoard uses a small set of third-party vendors (“subprocessors”) to operate the Service. Each one is contractually limited to using data only to provide its service to us, as described in our Data Processing Addendum and Privacy Policy. This page is the current list: who they are, what they do for BayBoard, and where they process data. The Cookie Policy is the same inventory in two views: marketing-site cookies (Cookie Policy §5.1) and application technologies (Cookie Policy §5.2).

How we update this list

We update this page before a new subprocessor begins processing customer data, and when a vendor is removed. If you would like email notice of changes to this list, ask us at hello@bayboard.io and we will add you to the notification list. The objection process is described in Section 5 of the Data Processing Addendum.
